- Vous planifiez de manière proactive des rendez-vous dans les agendas des consultants sur la base de listes, de pistes que vous avez transmises, d'informations que vous avez saisies et enregistrées dans nos systèmes.
- Vous contribuez activement à la numérisation des dossiers des clients et à l'automatisation des transactions de paiement.
- Vous soutenez vos collègues dans l'organisation d'événements
- Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les clients, tant par téléphone qu'en personne.
- Vous êtes responsable de l'ouverture administrative, du suivi et du traitement des dossiers de succession, d'assurance, etc.
- Vous contrôlez et respectez les exigences légales en matière de communication externe.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'au moins une licence, de préférence dans le domaine de la banque et de la finance, ou d'un master, ou vous avez une expérience équivalente.
- Vous souhaitez vous plonger dans les aspects techniques, juridiques et fiscaux du paiement, de l'investissement, du crédit et de l'assurance en fonction de notre gamme de produits, soit par le biais d'une formation, soit en autodidacte.
