**Job profile**
Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je gaat verder dan alleen het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van uitdagingen. Je bent toegewijd aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties. Door te luisteren naar de behoeften en zorgen van onze klanten, zorg je ervoor dat ze zich gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. Jij bent de sleutel tot het leveren van uitstekende service die de basis vormt voor langdurige klanttevredenheid.
We hebben veel data voorhanden. Het is aan jou om in deze data te duiken en op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe inzichten en verbeteringen. Je verzamelt zorgvuldig gegevens uit verschillende systemen en analyseert deze grondig. Deze inzichten stellen jou en je collega’s in staat om proactief kansen te ontdekken en strategische beslissingen te nemen.
Je rapporteert aan de Customer Care Manager Benelux Scandinavië en Frankrijk.
**What are your key accountabilities?**
- Je verzorgt de registratie van alle binnenkomende orders in ons ERP- systeem en doet de volledige opvolging van het orderproces;
- Verder professionaliseren en digitaliseren van de afdeling customer service;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de flow van exportorders, inclusief douaneformaliteiten, contacten met de rederijen, opmaak exportdocumenten;
- Je bent onderdeel van customer service team Benelux, Scandinavië en Frankrijk. Het customer service team bestaande uit 3 medewerkers in Gent en 5 medewerkers in Putten;
- Je draagt bij aan de constante ontwikkeling van het Benelux team door het doen van verbeter voorstellen en innovatieve ideeën.

**What we ask**
We zoeken een proactieve en analytisch nieuwsgierige Customer Service Medewerker met een sterke klantgerichtheid. Je blinkt uit in communicatie, zowel met klanten als collega's, en hebt de vaardigheden om gegevens te verzamelen, analyseren en om te zetten in praktische verbeteringen voor onze productieprocessen. Als teamspeler werk je graag samen en neem je het initiatief om verbeteringen te identificeren en te implementeren. Je begrijpt dat klanttevredenheid onze hoogste prioriteit is en dat datagedreven inzichten de sleutel zijn tot ons succes.
**What you bring**
- Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een bachelor diploma en/ of een eerste werkervaring in dergelijke functie;
- Je hebt affiniteit met systemen en bent procesmatig sterk;
- Je hebt ervaring met systemen zoals M3, CRM of vergelijkbare systemen.
- Je krijgt energie van data analyseren en hebt ervaring met gebruik van Excel en PowerBI.
- Ervaring in een productie omgeving is een pre;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Het beheersen van de Franse taal is optioneel.
- Je bent gemotiveerd, georganiseerd, oplossingsgericht en bent een echte teamspeler.
