Vous donnez une dimension d'architecture durable au chemin de fer et vous êtes imprégné du développement durable et vous savez l'appliquer.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- L'ingénieur-architecte, architecte ou ingénieur, est responsable pour la conception, la coordination et élaboration des projets durable dans le bureau d’études interdisciplinaire du chemin de fer, de la phase avant-projet jusqu’à la livraison provisoire du projet. Comme ingénieur-architecte vous diriger une équipe de projets composée d’architectes, d’ingénieurs et de dessinateurs. Votre mission consiste à assurer l'élaboration, l’introduction et le suivi du dossier pour le permis d’urbanisme et l'élaboration du cahier des charges, jusqu'a soutenir le chef de projet dans la réalisation des projets, dans le respect du scope, du timing, du budget avec une dimension durable à tous les étappes du projet.- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous avez obtenu un diplôme d'ingénieur-architecte, ingénieur en construction ou d'un Master en architecture.
- Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l'étranger, vous devez être en possession d'une attestation d'équivalence délivrée par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.- Vous êtes précis et méthodique, vous êtes capable de gérer différents projets en garantissant en même temps leur bon suivi et le respect des deadlines ;
- Vous analysez les problèmes de manière approfondie et précise afin de proposer des solutions appropriées.
- Vous êtes un team player sociable et vous communiquez de manière claire et structurée;
- Orienté résultats, vous n’hésitez pas à prendre des initiatives.
- Vous vous sentez à l’aise dans un cadre dynamique et souhaitez contribuer à un changement positif avec la durabilité comme marque.
