Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Als architect maak je ontwerpen die tegemoet komen aan het comfort en de noden van onze klanten. En geef je een architecturale dimensie aan de spoorwegen.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als architect sta je in voor het ontwerpen, coördineren en uitwerken van de projecten in ons multidisciplinair studiebureau, van de start van het voorontwerp tot de voorlopige oplevering. Qua projecten denken we aan station projecten, parkings voor wagens en fietsen, technische werkplaatsen voor het onderhoud van de treinen enz. Je stuurt een ontwerpteam aan bestaande uit architecten, ingenieurs en tekenaars. Tot jouw opdracht behoren het verzekeren van de opmaak, het indienen en de opvolging van het dossier voor de stedenbouwkundige vergunning en de opmaak van het bestek, tot en met de ondersteuning van de projectleider bij de realisatie van de projecten met respect voor de scope, de timing en het budget.- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma ingenieur-architect, ingenieur in de bouw of een master architectuur.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring als architect
- Indien je je diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (NARIC-Vlaanderen) om deel te kunnen nemen aan de selectie.- Je bent nauwkeurig en methodisch, je kan verschillende projecten beheren en tegelijkertijd een goede follow-up en respect voor de gestelde deadlines waarborgen;
- Je analyseert de problemen grondig en precies om de gepaste oplossingen voor te leggen;
- Je werkt vlot in teamverband en je communiceert op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier;
- Je bent resultaatgericht en je hebt zin voor initiatief;
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving en wilt bijdragen aan positieve verandering;
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goeie kennis van het Frans.
- Je kennis van Revit en/of BIM is een pluspunt en ook aspecten met betrekking tot duurzaamheid waarderen wij hoog.
