Role Overview
- As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Fisker in Antwerp, Belgium, you will be at the forefront of introducing our innovative products to new customers. Your role is pivotal in shaping the initial customer experience, ensuring that from the moment they engage with Fisker products to the point of seamless integration, they feel supported, informed, and excited about our products.
- In this dynamic role, you will not only guide customers through the onboarding process but also act as a brand ambassador, conveying the passion and innovation that defines Fisker. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and tailoring the onboarding experience to exceed expectations.
- This role offers a unique blend of technical understanding, interpersonal skills, and the excitement of working in a startup environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influencing the trajectory of our products based on the insights gained during the onboarding process. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall success of Fisker in the competitive automotive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing personalized guidance to ensure a smooth transition from signup to product use.
- Product Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions and features to customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience aligned with customer expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the onboarding process, working closely with technical teams to provide timely solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.-
- Previous experience in customer facing role, or experience in the automotive industry is preferred.-
- Passion for and knowledge of automotive technology and trends.-
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.-
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment.-
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive software/tools is a plus.- #LI-CT1
