ARAG heeft de ambitie om de Belgische burger op elk moment van zijn leven te beschermen door hem te informeren over de juridische aspecten die van invloed kunnen zijn op hem en indien nodig door hem te begeleiden bij het oplossen van een geschil. De Belgische Branch gelegen in Brussel centrum is op zoek naar een
**« Receptionist/Front office & Administration Employee »** met een focus op het telefonisch onthaal en klantendiensten. Deze functie maakt deel uit van het departement Customer Services en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamleader Customer Services”. Het departement Customer Services staat onder leiding van de COO van ARAG en bestaat uit 19 leden. Het Front Office team bestaat uit 3 mensen.
**Wat wordt jouw missie ?**
- Uw hoofdtaak bestaat erin de telefonische communicatie en het onthaal binnen ons bedrijf te verzorgen en het eerste gesprekspartner voor onze klanten te zijn en informatie te verschaffen om hun vragen te beantwoorden.
- Daarnaast voer je meerdere en diverse administratieve ondersteunende taken uit; voornamelijk voor het departement Customer Services, maar ook voor de departementen Claims, Finance,...
**Wie ben jij ?**
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans met een functionele kennis van het Engels.
- Over een ervaring als telefonist/receptionist beschikken.
- Vertrouwd met MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Een teamspeler die over een commerciële feeling beschikt en “servicegericht” is.
- Dynamisch, discreet en accuraat.
- Oplossingsgericht en snel en nauwkeurig kunnen werken.
