To strengthen our Sales Team in Europe (+10 FTEs), we are looking for a skilled Sales Manager who is determined to work on generating new revenue and driving the Sales team’s effectiveness and profitability. You will be managing both - SDR and AE - teams in order to aim for the best coaching of our Sales people, bringing them to the next level of performance. You will be working closely with and reporting to the Revenue manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Lead the New Revenue Performance**
- Set yearly targets and incentive plan together with the Revenue manager
- Monitor performance and ensure the OKRs/KPIs are being met
- Ensure the accuracy of the data such as the forecasts
- Increase the conversion rates to reach best practices
- Together with the Marketing Director align on the market potential to keep the right focus and agree on sourcing priorities, go to market by region, etc.
- Together with the Customer Success leaders coordinate the implementation calendar

**Team Coaching**
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding and coaching the new team members
- Support the team’s Sales activities (prospecting, meeting clients, contract negotiation, closing) and lead them in all areas of the sales cycle, for instance:

- Support the SDRs during the qualification calls
- Ensure AEs have enough pipe to over-achieve their targets
- Support Account Executives on complex sales (key accounts and RFP’s)
- Coach the sales team in order to overachieve its targets
- In charge of the performance management and the career development of staff
- Identify leadership potentials in the team and set them up for success and evolution

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A solid experience in B2B Sales (a minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in Sales Management position)
- Experience in the SaaS / software or similar industry
- Proven experience in leading teams toward attaining objectives in various regions of the globe
- Exhibit a positive, "can-do" attitude and a high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
- Exceptional organization skills and time management techniques; must be able to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent qualification skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and special attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, team oriented
- Demonstrated knowledge of negotiation tactics and persuasive techniques
- Strong track record of acquiring marketing penetration/share and growing SaaS ARR, ACV, etc.
- You speak English fluently. French or German is a plus
