Founded in 2009 by Anthony Spinasse and Olivier Goulon, **Gamned** is a pioneer and leader in programmatic. The digital advertising company now employs more than 160 employees, based in France, but also within its 7 international offices (Benelux, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Brazil and South East Asia) and is part of the international communications & marketing group **Biggie**.
Combining human expertise and cutting-edge technology, **Gamned** helps advertisers and agencies sustainably engage their audiences via digital activations across all media and formats (display, video, social, SEA, television, DOOH or even audio).
The company also chooses consulting and the evangelization of its know-how, thus being at the origin of the very first certification training in the sector. Gamned supports more than 250 clients (such as Caudalie, Macif, Magimix, Tediber, Homair, Tape à l’Œil, Se Loger, Compagnie des Alpes, Sushi Shop, Luko, BUT, etc.).
\uD83D\uDDD2️ **Missions**
Integrated within our Belgian team located in Brussels and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of:
- Actively prospecting the Belgian market to develop a new business portfolio with a focus on media agencies
- Dig deep into the expectations of agencies to answer their needs in the most relevant way
- Prepare programmatic media plans in cooperation with our local account managers and media traders
**To be successful, the following points will be key**:
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and challenging environment
- Be curious and passionate about digital media and new technologies
- Understanding of the needs of prospects and identify business opportunities.
- Be meticulous and well organised to set up impactful meetings with new prospects
- Integrate rapidly into a team of Consultants, Account Managers and Media Traders

- Master’s degree and/or Bacherlor’s degree.
- Client-hunting skills and “cando” attitude
- Excellent relational and communication skills, both oral and written
- French and Dutch Speaking
- At least 5 years of significant experience in digital is a plus.
