At Samsung, our client relationships are our top priority. Currently, we are looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain our client’s accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
**Rôle et Responsabilités**
**Key responsibilities**
**Account management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current exiting retail/e tail customers to maximize the sales figures of assigned product portfolio
- Negotiation with Price, Terms& Conditions, Marketing Activities for increase sell in/Sell out
- Develop the new retail/e tail channel to introduce products and to sell in
- All related marketing, sales activities to increase sell out
- Collecting market & competitors’ information
- Forecast monthly sales. SCM (AP1) and manage the sales data
Attends events of the company or accounts in order to represent the company, to give product information and to maintain a strong relationship with the accounts.
**Reports & analyses**
Creates clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly) of the sales process, status and forecast for the following period, within the rules and regulations of the company, in order to have full insight in to the sales process. Analyze turnover data, collect recent marketing information, follow up aging and control invoices. Compile an ongoing analysis of our market share in each product group by account.
**Internal communication**
Works and communicates efficiently with sales team of the division and other departments: credit & collection, order processing, logistic, legal (contract with account), extended sales force, marketing department (if applicable). Active participation in sales meetings (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)
**Budget**
Ensure that the sales budget of the division is spent on focused and agreed items according to the guidelines of the company.
**Functional/Technical Skills**:

**Profile (experience)**:
- At least 2-3 years experience in branch or as Account manager
- Bachelor degree
- Bilingual (Dutch and English) for Netherlands / Trilingual (Dutch, English and French) for Belgium
- Samsung DNA: Flexible / no 9-5 worker / Dynamic
