**About the role**
The Key Account Manager supports brands in the definition of their go-to-market strategy and commercial plan. (S)he develops and delivers the key account commercial plan with the consent of the General Manager and Brand Managers, leading negotiations with key retailers. (S)he drives and develops ELC’s position/share/ranking with the retailer, in close partnership with Brand Managers, and owns the key account P&L
The Key Account Manager manages all brands for the given key account(s). The position includes the management of 1 Sales Analyst.
**As a Key Account Manager, you will**
- Be the main contact and coordinator internally and externally of our brands towards each account.
- Implement and follow up on the brands' strategy, introduce new products and be responsible for the annual negotiations and follow-up on the terms.
- Take ownership over the quarterly business reviews, follow up on actions plans, and make sure the strategy is implemented correctly
- Collect and drive the tools to boost sales performance
- Follow up on reporting and analysis of brand performances at each account.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent level of Dutch & English
- Strategic Sales experience within FMCG, Luxury Goods or Cosmetics
- High energy and drive
- Willing to travel (up to 40% traveling across the Belgium / The Netherlands)
- Team player who can work efficiently in cooperation internally with all departments and externally towards several contacts
- Seek ways to achieve goals despite unforeseen problems (strong problem-solving skills)
- Open to feedback, new perspectives, and continued learning
- Results-oriented
- Strong negotiation, communication & listening skills
- Strong analytical skills
