To continue making a positive impact on patients’ lives and improve the working environment of Healthcare Professionals, **we are continuously looking for talented Account Manager /Sales professionals** who will be supporting the division/s in achieving their business goals and objectives by managing the end to end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region, managing account planning across the customer base and driving the execution of regional and local sales strategies.

As a Account Manager for Boston Scientific, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing sales strategies and activities for accounts in scope, accordingly with account plans and in compliance with national and regional target
- Developing the stakeholder map, defining touchpoints and action plans for each of them
- Building and maintaining relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programmes and solutions
- Supporting clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunity deriving from clinical support
- Based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders and clinical support, gather information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.
- Developing the deal model, supporting RSMs in Top Tier accounts, and creates IPAT
- Timely reaches-out to the customer regarding new agreement, performing sales visits and contextually identifying new sales opportunity to drive future business growth.
**To join our talent community and be successful in such a role, you would need to have**:
- Biomedical Engineering degree, Scientific degree, business education or nurse
- Fluency in English and local language
- Driving license is required
- Experience in a technical role, with the competencies to work in sales, OR experience in a sales/hybrid role
- Experience in the distribution of medical devices, preferably in the hospital sector
- Problem solving
- Planning and organizational skills
- Business Relationships and Project Management, to facilitate completion of assignments
- Impact, contributing to the completion of specific programs and projects
- Flexibility and capability of moving within a specific geographic area
