To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a **Patrimonium Liaison Expert.**
- You manage and develop the list of leases of real estate on which DIGI installs its telecommunications sites;
- You establish a monthly rental payment list for the accounting department;
- You ensure exchanges and respond to requests from owners;
- You are responsible for the registration of leases contracts;
- You analyse and report financial risks (indexation etc.).
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite. Very good Excel skills;
- Ability to read analyse contracts into financial reporting;
- Team spirit and open-mindedness;
- Able to work independently in a structured manner;
- Sense of oral and written communication;
- Ability to interact with Business teams.
