De entiteit Monitoring & Analytics staat binnen de directie Claims Retail van AXA Belgium in voor de ondersteuning van de operationele teams op het vlak van capaciteitsplanning en terbeschikkingstelling van middelen, monitoring, periodieke opvolging van de prestaties van de schadebeheeractiviteiten, waaronder ook ontwikkeling en terbeschikkingstelling van passende reportings/gegevens. Onze taak bestaat erin te waarborgen dat de activiteit onder controle blijft wat betreft de operationele en financiële KPI's, en om verbeteringen voor te stellen die helpen om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen en de strategie van AXA te verwezenlijken.
Via de functie van 'operational support expert' krijg je de mogelijkheid om vanuit een ondersteunende hoek kennis te maken met de boeiende wereld van claims. Je houdt je bezig met uiteenlopende activiteiten die frequente verrijkende contacten binnen de directie Claims Retail en daarbuiten inhoudt.
Doel van de functie:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de operationele reportings voor je verantwoordelijkheidsdomein (bv. major claims, verhaal, fraude, enz.), voor het verstrekken, ter beschikking stellen van commentaren over de situatie en de evolutie van operationele en financiële KPI's.
- Je stelt verbeteringen voor de analyse voor (waaronder verbeteringen aan de bestaande reportings) en doet aanbevelingen aan de interne teams; die aanbevelingen pas je aan de evolutie van de behoeften aan, volgens de principes continue verbetering.
- Je zorgt voor de periodieke en doeltreffende opvolging van de doelstellingen van het departement en draagt op die manier bij aan de realisatie ervan; je analyseert eveneens de evolutie van die doelstellingen om op basis daarvan aanbevelingen te kunnen doen.
- Je breidt je kennis van het gecentraliseerde capacitymanagement uit om de back-up van de verantwoordelijke van deze activiteit te kunnen vergewissen.
- Samen met de andere leden van het team werk je mee aan de 'claims transformation', bv. terbeschikkingstelling van nieuwe reportings/dashboards en opleiding.
- Je werkt mee aan een hele reeks meer diepgaande ad-hocanalyses die door het management en/of de business zijn aangevraagd.
**Jouw Profiel**
Kwalificaties
- Bachelor in wiskunde/economie/IT/verzekeringen
- 4-5 jaar ervaring in een functie van reporting/performancemanagement
- Goede kennis van het domein van P&C Claims Bodily Injury/Foreign/Specialized Claims is een troef
- In staat om op basis van een operationele visie te bepalen welke de behoeften zijn op het vlak van processen en tools voor de opvolging van de activiteit, ze concreet gestalte geven en aanbevelingen doen die door de verschillende partijen gemakkelijk begrepen kunnen worden
- Goede analytische vaardigheden en in staat om boodschappen samen te vatten
- Cijfermatig aangelegd en data-georiënteerd (bv. gebruik van gegevens die beschikbaar zijn in verschillende tools/systemen, 'data crunching', enz.)
- Toolgeoriënteerd
- Je kunt goed werken met Microsoft Office (voornamelijk Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI)
