Product Manager, Remote Commerce Programs for Issuers
Location: Mastercard offices situated in any major European location.
Product Manager, MDES Remote Commerce for Issuers
The European Digital Consumer Solutions’ team mission is to bring digital-first, differentiated, inclusive solutions to make consumers' everyday life easier. With our tokenization platform (MDES) and digital product suite and together with our partners across the payment’s ecosystem, we power the future of payments, beyond the plastic card. We are now seeking a product manager responsible for Remote Commerce Enablement for Issuers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Subject-matter expert in all MDES Remote Commerce programs towards issuers.
- Manage issuer pipeline/readiness on supporting Remote Commerce, including mandate enforcements.
- Monitor and work with internal stakeholders to improve digitization and approval rates on remote commerce programs.
- Support issuer conversations and implementations of Token Connect, Click to Pay bulk provisioning, Delegated Authentication, etc.
- Raise product enhancements / issues towards regional product owners.
- Supporting technical discussions with internal stakeholders, issuers, and token requestors.
- Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products, and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions
- Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices
All about you
- Passionate and knowledgeable about technology, innovation, payments and digital commerce.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Product management/development/owner experience is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Digital Payments, ideally including experience working with MDES.
- Experience from technically focused roles desirable.
- Strong cross-functional leader with ability to drive tangible results with business partners.
- Superior communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a positive “can-do” attitude, be stress-resistant and ready to go the extra mile, and be willing to take initiative.
- Should be team player who is both organizationally savvy and a strong communicator.
- Travel up to 10% when circumstances permit.
