**The Position**
- You are part of a multidisciplinary teamand will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager ;
- Implement animation plan by door for events and promotions with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns ;
- You analyse the performance of the product lines and contribute to the creation of sales tools : visual aids, arguments, displays, technical data sheet,...;
- Regular and timely update and exchange with the sales team to ensure the upcoming activities and marketing initiatives are successful ;
- You prepare the innovative launches of the brand ;
- You actively collaborate with Sales, Training, Logistics and Accounting, among others ;
- You participate in cycle meetings ;
- You are able to organize external events ;
- You are able to translate key material from French to Dutch.
**Your profile**
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or Management ;
- Native level of Dutch, you have a good knowledge of French ;
- An operational marketing position really appeals to you and you are willing to learn in it ;
- MS Office has no secrets for you ;
- You are dynamic, attentive and creative ;
- You are an open communicator, persuasive and goal-oriented ;
- In an environment with deadlines, you know how to set priorities ;
- Working independently is not a problem for you ;
- You are motivated, a real team player with a strong hands-on mentality ;
- You have an affinity with the world of cosmetics ;
- You are in possession of a drivers license type B.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
