**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The Platform & Technology (P&T) Customer Solution Advisors (CSA) team in Belux engages deeply with our customers, partners and sales field - focusing on best practices and driving Innovation with this SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The BTP portfolio consists of 4 cloud-pillars: Database & Data Management, Analytics, Application Development & Integration and Intelligent Technologies such as AI, IoT, Chatbot and RPA.

**KEY EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Support field sales colleagues to build healthy BTP pipeline and mature/safeguard opportunities related to BTP
- Work 1-1 with customer executives to identify and drive use cases where our Business Technology Platform can deliver significant value when migrating to S/4HANA
- Prepare and personalize materials and demos to ensure the delivery of simple, appealing, and compelling customer presentations, based on unique needs, e.g. identified in discovery workshops with customers.
- Drive demand generation and business development goals in one-to-many engagements, e.g. as keynote speaker and presenter. Lead & support user-centric tools and techniques in workshops to promote new and innovative solutions for customers and prospects.
- Establish long term relationships with key customers and be viewed as trusted advisor on IT architecture and strategy
- Work in cross-functional teams together with Industry and Specialized Sales and Presales, Center of Excellence, Product Management, Customer Success Partners and Services or Partners
**Work experience**
SAP Basis knowledge (SAP Application Server/ SAP Netweaver)
- Familiar with SAP Business Technology Platform solutions
- Experience with non-SAP Database, Data Management solutions; e.g. from Hyperscalers, like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc. or Big Data solutions such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering critical projects and Proof of Concepts for large customers, Agile delivery experience is a plus
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Data Science
- Excellent internal & external communication skills to clearly articulate the technical and business value & differentiation of cloud solutions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with customers, partners, internal teams, to position the value of cloud solutions
- Business fluent in Dutch or French/ English (written & spoken) is a must
