**MSP PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER**

We’re looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to help us change the way the world works, with anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. Here, you’ll lead the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of Strategic MSP Partners. MSPs are identified as a strategic and fast-growing segment for Parallels RAS. This is a highly visible role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact.

**THE ROLE**:

- Help sales teams grow the number of relevant MSP partners globally by creating lead generation engines; produce differentiating MSP profiles to be used in marketing and sales; and develop a supportive marketing approach to grow sales through, with, and to existing MSPs.
- Work closely with assigned partners to develop global, strategic plans which include building awareness, generating demand, and driving pipeline and revenue.
- Partner with product, sales and marketing teams to define and execute a demand, content and campaign strategy that drives acquisition and engagement across the customer journey.
- Serve as the primary contact for your partners worldwide, including regular participation in team calls across the globe, in-person meetings, and planning sessions.
- Constantly monitor and support partner utilization of Development Funds and enable appropriate spend of MDF on initiatives including being an expert resource on process and guidelines.
- Think big and innovate to develop best-in-class partner marketing programs.
- Develop, execute, and monitor partner marketing plans with focus partners to effectively drive customer awareness and adoption of Parallels.
- Market at scale by designing partner marketing programs and campaign templates that can be implemented by global and regional partners.
- Measure partner marketing performance against key metrics and serve as an expert resource on marketing processes and guidelines for partners.
- Build and promote case studies with partners to provide customers with tangible results and implementation stories.

**YOU**:

- 8-10 years of experience as a self-directed Partner Marketing Manager.
- 8-10 years of proven leadership with demonstrated ability to think strategically to build and convey compelling value propositions and content with partners.**Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) and Desktop as a Service (DaaS).**Track record of combining creative ideas with extensive analytic and data-driven content.
-Able to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
- Passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Successful track record of partner/alliance marketing, technical content development, and executing integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Relentless focus on the end customer and love for building and executing integrated, data-driven campaigns that add value for customers.
