This position provides primarily remote technical support to all direct Panasonic customers. It is the next escalation level in case of technical problems after the Field Support Engineers
**Duties and responsibilities (80%)**:
- Create and implement service and product trainings for our service partners, wholesalers, installers, and other customers.
- Identify technical issues and develop solutions as next higher level of support after the Field Support Engineer.
- Support the sales team in the development of specifications and quotations.
- Train service partners to use the continuously developing Panasonic service tools.
- Prepare technical documentations, sales and training materials, and project studies.
**General Responsibilities (20%)**
- To be cost effective in all contracts and purchasing undertaken in the department.
- Proactively look to take cost out of department / business through efficiency and automation.
- Compliance with Panasonic’s Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
- Partaking of all corporate requirements e.g. ISM. CSR, Antibribery & Corruption, Competition Law.
- Benchmarking activities and general administration.
- Undertaking of any project within the skill set of the position.
- Attendance of required training, undertaking of business trips.
**Job requirements**:
- Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology, state-certified refrigeration / air conditioning technicians, etc. or similar education and experience.
- 3 - 5 years work-experience.
- Experience in the heating and cooling field (eg: hydraulics, laws, norms).
- Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise.
- Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
- Good knowledge of English.
