Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Utrecht (Nederland) leveren wij al meer dan 15 jaar 24*7 cybersecurity dienstverlening. Vanuit ons Security Operations Center (SOC) bewaken wij de data van Europese klanten zodat zij veilig zijn en blijven. Wij bieden integrale security op het gebied van securitymanagement, cybersecurity, business-security en security awareness. Organisaties die hun cyber security serieus nemen werken daarom graag met ons. Wij nemen hen de complexiteit van securitymanagement uit handen, de regie blijft bij hen. Onze jarenlange klanten positie in België willen wij versterken en verder uitbouwen met een eigen Belgisch team vanuit Brussel.

**Jouw Opdracht**:
Als Countrymanager België ontwikkel je onze internationale activiteiten verder door. Je werkt zowel aan Business Development voor specifiek België, als aan het ontwikkelen en vormen van het Belgische Northwave team.
Vanuit Brussel geef je leiding aan jezelf en daarna een steeds grotere groep Belgische collega’s. Je vormt de Belgische markt en organisatie. Commerciële kansen voor de security dienstverlening worden door jou gespot en samen met het Benelux management gerealiseerd. Je faciliteert dat je teamleden zich blijven ontwikkelen en voert de FeedForward gesprekken met hen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het jaarplan en houdt overzicht op de (financiële) cijfers en targets. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking met andere Europese teams binnen Northwave, zodat we gezamenlijk onze missie waarmaken.
Je werkt intensief samen met het Benelux Management Team en rapporteert in eerste instantie aan de CEO. Op termijn ga je rapporteren aan de General Manager Benelux. Binnen kaders van de algemene marketing-, productontwikkeling
- en commerciële Group strategie werk je intensief samen met onze CCO.
**Ambitie**: Onze ambitie is om in België net zo’n autoriteit te zijn op het gebied van Cybersecurity als in Nederland en Duitsland. Met een eigen Belgisch Team, dat centraal wordt geleid en specifiek de Belgische markt bedient. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van het centrale Europese (technologische) Security Operations Center in Utrecht. De niet-technische security dienstverlening zal bij voorkeur gedaan worden door Belgen, voor Belgen.**Schaap met vier poten is genoeg, we noemen er vijf**:
Onze ideale kandidaat is een Belg die de Belgische markt goed kent. Ze is een door de wol geverfde meewerkend manager. Haar netwerk spreekt vol lof over haar. Ze heeft ruime ervaring in business development van hoogwaardige dienstverlening in het (sub) Enterprise segment. Ze is een kei in zowel zelfstandig business realiseren op Major Accounts, als het succesvol maken van specialisten teams. Dat deed ze in een sector waar een bedrijfskundig inzicht een voorwaarde is voor resultaat. Denk aan IT security, - consultancy, - outsourcing of zakelijke diensten zoals kwaliteitszorg, accountancy of financial services. Idealiter brengt ze ook leidinggevende ervaring in service management, product development, marketing, operations of delivery mee.
De ideale kandidaat acteert van nature verbindend in de dynamiek van een snelgroeiend middelgroot bedrijf. Ze voelt zich thuis in de bestuurskamer en begrijpt de business van succesvolle familiebedrijven en PE-owned companies. Ze schakelt makkelijk in onverwachte situaties en met de mensen op tactisch en operationeel niveau in de organisatie van klanten en binnen de eigen onderneming. - en denkniveau heeft. Leiderschap is haar aangeboren maar ze vindt het ook leuk om zelf als meewerkend voorvrouw te opereren. Haar stijl is direct maar ontspannen. In dienst van het hoge groeitempo brengt ze rust, focus en overzicht. Haar werkwijze is gebaseerd op ruimte, respect, resultaat, rechtvaardigheid en rendement; de kernwaarden van ons bedrijf.
