**Job Description**:
ARHS Digital is looking for experienced Service Level Managers for one of its clients in the Telecom industry.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day service level management activities, making sure the service levels are in line with the SLAs and OLAs.
- Act as the SPOC to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate amongst different teams to follow up proactively on Incidents or follow up proactively on open items with regards to Quality gate, Release and Change management.
- Build up and maintain relationships with customers by means of regular performance meetings.
- Proactively take care of problems and escalations relating to the service provided.
- Analyse, interpret, and compile for a complete solution to be elaborated.
- Other tasks assigned as per priority

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Dutch/French would be considered an asset
- Diplomatic negotiation skills and a strong dose of persuasiveness are essential
- Analytical, assertive, and strongly customer
- and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills

**Technical skills**
- Experience in a complex ICT environment
- Experience with Incident & Problem management, ITSM tool and ITIL processes
- Experience with Release and Change coordination

Be legally authorized to work in Belgium and not require sponsorship for employment visa.
