As a Server Level Manager you will have following responsibilities:
- You will manage the day-to-day service level management activities, making sure the service levels are in line with the SLAs and OLAs
- You will act as the SPOC to business stakeholders
- You will collaborate amongst squads within eOPS and other squads/tribes to follow up proactively on open items with regards to Incident & Problem management, Release and Change management
- You will organize weekly operations meeting and monthly steerco if needed
- You will proactively take care of escalations relating to the service provided
- You will analyse, interpret, and compile for a complete solution to be elaborate
