Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Machelen.

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Logistiek Administratief Bediende zijn:

- Het verwerken en registreren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen;
- Het opstellen en controleren van transportdocumenten, zoals vrachtbrieven en douanedocumenten;
- Het onderhouden van contacten met externe vervoerders en logistieke dienstverleners;
- Het opvolgen van zendingen en verzorgen van de bijbehorende administratie;
- Het beheren van voorraadniveaus en het opstellen van rapportages;
- Het assisteren bij het opstellen van logistieke planningen en het optimaliseren van logistieke processen
- Het behandelen van eventuele klachten of problemen met betrekking tot transport en logistiek;
- Het behandelen van dangerous goods.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie als Logistiek Administratief Bediende zijn:

- Je hebt een bachelor/graduaat in logistiek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je bent bekend met logistieke en douaneprocedures;
- Je kunt goed overweg met MS Office-programma's, zoals Excel en Word;
- Kennis van SAP is een plus;
- Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en hebt oog voor detail;
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband;
- Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met deadlines.
