**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE- GERMAN**
Our client is the pioneer in the outsourcing of customer relations dedicated to luxury houses and is one of the leaders in online banking and insurance customer relationship management.
**What you will be doing**:
You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one element of your role. You’ll thrive on the variety this gives you and take satisfaction for operating in a multi-skilled environment. You’re the eyes and ears of our business after all.
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
**Who we are looking**:
- Someone with exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation. Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential.
- _**Fluency in German and knowledge of French, Dutch or English at a C1 level would be great.**_
- BAC, CESS, High School diploma a must have
- You will require the right to work in Belgium.
**What we’re offering**:
- 2300€ and 2600€ / month - Depending on experience and certification.
- Fixed term contract of 6 or 12 months (renewable)
- Monday to Friday - Office hours
- 1 month training onsite - 1-2 days from home then in avenue Louise
- 13th month bonus
- 75% transportation reimbursement

**Salary**: €2,300.00 - €2,600.00 per month
