Personal Assistant to Executive Committee Members

**ROLE**:
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Executive Committee (EC) Member/s works very closely with the executives to manage his/her entire business agenda and coordinate internal and external meetings/calls, travels including expense reporting, any other business bookings, and - on an exceptional basis - private bookings (for example related to relocation). He/she acts as the main liaison between the department team members to coordinate corporate meetings/calls. Depending on the (travel) agenda, the job might require outside office hours presence.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Agenda management for EC members - complex calendar management (fast moving, fast changing agenda - requires permanent stand-by/attention). Includes meetings/call organization, travel organization, expense reporting, filing
- Selected support to department team - consolidation of contents, focus lists, vacation/expense requests, online/offline/name change letters
- Organization of team meetings
- Ad-hoc support for team initiatives and projects
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experienced in PA or administrative role.
- Hotelschool or Administrative Education - ideally within Travel & Tourism industry
- English (fluent spoken & written), ideally French
- Very good knowledge of classic office equipment and tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
