**Position Summary**:
Prospect, Onboarding and Subscription Manager, this is your challenge

**Your responsibilities**:
As a Prospect, Onboarding, and subscription Manager your role is integrally dedicated to the management of the first stages of the customer lifecycle, from the acquisition to the onboarding of the newcomers for both B2C and B2B. As part of the journey you also lead and manage coffee and machine subscription. You will have the following responsibilities:
- Detail the B2C and B2B omnichannel acquisition & onboarding strategy
- Propose local acquisition campaigns to convert prospects into new members
- Continuously improve the consumer experience for prospects and new members
- Benchmark local performance with international best practices
- Track and optimize campaigns including budget management
- Provide recommendations to channels and CC&S for continuous improvement
- Manage the enhancement & performance of Nespresso Subscription programs
- Analyze the performance (sales, churn, downgrade, upgrade) + monthly reporting
- Optimize and continuously update the subscription offers
- Develop campaigns & assess right targets and partners to improve the penetration
- Automatize the subscription lifecycle program
You report to the Customer Experience & Insights manager for Nespresso Belux.

- Higher education degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, eCommerce, or customer experience
- Good business acumen and at ease with financial models: customer lifetime value, ROI,...
- Expertise in CRM activation: offers construction, lifecycle orchestration based on insights
- Worked for a brand with an FMCG mindset (e.g., innovation speed, high business sense)
- Experience in project management managing both stakeholders and external agencies
