Pour Engie Electrabel Marketing & Sales, nous recherchons un(e)** collaborateur(trice) commercial(e)** pour renforcer notre équipe Partner Management.

Le squad Partner Management assure la gestion opérationnelle de tous les partenaires commerciaux et de services à la clientèle qui vendent aux clients résidentiels et professionnels de l'énergie et des Produits & Services, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité.
La gestion et l’industrialisation de ces canaux exige un suivi quotidien efficace et opérationnel des Partenaires avec lesquels nous collaborons (par exemple, Door-to-Door, IMMO’s, Telesales, Digitaux, Groupements d’achat). Afin de mener à bien nos missions et de renforcer le support à nos Partenaires, nous cherchons actuellement un(e) « **Collaborateur(trice) administratif** ».

**VOTRE DÉFI en tant que Collaborateur Channel Support**

**Suivi des dossiers clients introduits par les partenaires**
- vous assurez l’exécution des tâches administratives dans les programmes de vente relatifs aux Partenaires
- vous préparez et gérez les dossiers client apportés par les Partenaires. Vous êtes en contact avec la Partner Line et les E2E teams
- vous soutenez les Partner Accounts au quotidien et traitez les questions des partenaires (contacts téléphoniques, mails,...)
- vous expliquez les tarifs, les prix, les actions commerciales et les primes aux partenaires
- vous gérez les plaintes éventuelles et assurez les corrections nécessaires

**VOTRE PROFIL en tant que Collaborateur Channel Support**
- vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat/graduat
- vous avez des connaissances techniques/commerciales et/ou l’expérience dans le domaine technico-commercial (atouts) ou vous êtes disposé à assimiler ces connaissances
- vous êtes organisé et avez d’excellentes compétences administratives
- vous vous souciez des besoins de vos clients internes
- vous possédez une bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook) et vous êtes à l’aise avec les systèmes de gestion clients internes (UDA/CRM IRIS, SalesForce)
- vous disposez de bonnes aptitudes en matière de communication et de compréhension des demandes des partenaires (téléphone, mail,)
- vous avez l'esprit d'équipe mais vous êtes capable de travailler de façon autonome
- vous êtes dynamique, capable de travailler efficacement sous pression
- vous avez le sens des responsabilités et êtes flexible
- vous maîtrisez le français et/ou le néerlandais, ou êtes capable de comprendre l’autre langue. La connaissance de l’anglais constitue un atout
