**Jobomschrijving**:
Je werkt in de Business Unit Metro (BUM) en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Vice President. Jouw opdracht bestaat erin, op het vlak van administratief beheer van het personeel en de sociale betrekkingen, maatregelen en oplossingen te zoeken, te bepalen en toe te passen die zowel rekening houden met de specifieke aspecten van de situatie en van jouw Business Unit, als met het globale beleid, de regels en procedures van de onderneming.
Jouw taken omvatten meer bepaald de volgende luiken:
- Je garandeert de goede toepassing van de HR-regels (loonbeheer, tijdsregistratie beurtrollen, werkorganisatie,) en vervult een informatie-/communicatierol ter zake
- Je bent de contactpersoon van de lokale vakbondsorganisaties en de bestendig afgevaardigden: je behandelt de individuele, collectieve situaties, je woont de lokale vakbondsvergaderingen, paritaire comités bij en je stelt je op als vertegenwoordiger van HR
- Je superviseert een klein team van lokale HR-medewerkers, je staat in voor de kennisoverdracht en zorgt ervoor dat de HR-processen goed begrepen/toegepast worden
- Je overlegt met de andere HR Admin managers om de hard HR-aanpak op operationeel vlak te uniformeren
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van het absenteïsme (en de invoering van acties in dit kader), de arbeidsongevallen, de toepassing van het arbeidsreglement voor het disciplinaire gedeelte
- Je neemt deel aan HR-werkgroepen om de operationele dimensie toe te voegen aan de strategische denkoefeningen inzake HR-ontwikkeling
- Je werkt mee aan de onboarding van de nieuwe medewerkers, de opvolging van de interne overplaatsingen en van de loopbaan van de arbeiders (verbonden aan de barema’s en het evaluatieproces)
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je hebt een master
- of een bachelordiploma met een gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een HR-functie, bij voorkeur op het vlak van hard HR, in een middelgrote of grote structuur
- Een ervaring in teammanagement en het beheer van een sociale dialoog is vereist
- Je hebt een goede kennis op het vlak van sociale wetgeving (tijdskrediet, thematisch verlof, beëindiging arbeidsovereenkomst,)
- Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
- Je kan zowel in het Frans als het Nederlands werken
- Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: communicatief, stressbestendig, met teamspirit, assertief, mensgericht, in staat om te onderhandelen
