**Lending Transaction Management expert**

**Your role & work environment**

The Lending, Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics (LMRA) team is part of the Corporate Sector Lending Team (CSL) in Belgium. We work in close collaboration with the other Corporate Sector (Lending) teams, Acquisition Finance Belux team (AF), Nordic Lending team based in Dublin, Deal execution in Brussels & Amsterdam, Credit Risk Management, Account management, and other product teams such as Syndication desk, Payment & Cash management (PCM); Financial Markets (FM);
You will work in close collaboration with the structuring team members and be their guide for the below responsibilities. You will become a specialist and/or alternate for the below tasks.

**Your key responsibilities**

You manage the **Compliance aspects** of Lending Transactions including adherence & maintenance of information barrier/conflict, review and negotiation of NDA’s, collect/deliver evidences required for the signing of a credit documentation. You assure that policy and processes are followed including CRS and FATCA requirements (W8BEN).

You will be the **link between the structuring team and operational services** to ensure adequate and timely set-up of the lending facilities in the systems (LoanIQ, GAR, KLC, etc) and the covenant monitoring.
You will be responsible to assure the data quality during the lifecycle of the file and follow up on conditions precedent and conditions subsequent.

You are responsible for the drafting of certain bilateral & ancillary credit facilities, securities, audit statements and POA’s for CSL and AF and ensure correct archiving according to data record retention policy.

You will also handle **Regulatory requests** including the delivery of information on request of our auditor, Sox
- and CAS-colleauges.

You coordinate and manage the reporting on **ECB Leveraged transactions**, **Portfolio review** and **regulatory changes** with impact on the portfolio (e.g. IBOR, etc).

As a Lending Transaction Management expert you will also need:

- A bachelor or master degree in economics, management, law or comparable (or through experience), and min. 3 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in dealing with (complex) lending transactions and in general dealing with clients
- An exemplary well-organised and punctual approach and ability to work on several deals/tasks simultaneously
- Good analytical skills and ability to deal with complexity
- Ability to work autonomously, but also actively cooperate with team and other colleagues
- Very good oral and written skills in Dutch, French and English.
