**Functie**:
Klaar om **Trainer & Knowledge Management Officer** te worden bij Touring? In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de continue ontwikkeling van de **knowledge base** en voor de opleidingen van de medewerkers in de departementen Marketing & Sales. Je werkt elke dag als veranderingsbegeleider en helpt je collega’s op de vloer zich nieuwe producten en procedures eigen te maken. Dit in nauwe samenwerking en in overleg met je collega's van het B2C Support team, het HR Talent Management en de managers van de betreffende departementen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zien er als volgt uit:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze diensten aan onze klanten dankzij het **ter beschikking stellen van de nodige informatie** aan de medewerkers en dit vertaalt naar dagelijkse praktijk : procedures, producten, juridische context,;
- De **knowledge base verrijken** (Salesforce), deze up-to-date houden door de informatie te structureren, voor een vlotte communicatie zorgen naar de medewerkers (training, news flashs, calls, ) en het gebruik ervan verhogen;
- **Kennisdeling faciliteren** en helpen bij de voortdurende ontwikkeling van strategieën die gericht zijn op het optimaliseren van kennis
- en informatiebeheer;
- Op structurele wijze de **opleidingsbehoeften analyseren** en een opleidingsplan ontwikkelen voor de betrokken departementen, met bijzondere aandacht voor de huidige en toekomstige behoeften;
- **Nieuwe opleidingen ontwikkelen** en / of bestaande aanpassen aan de behoeften en je aanbevelingen delen: producttraining, systemen, ;
- **Trainingsmodules creëren** en gebruik maken van **diverse tools**: e-learning, klasikaal, op afstand, aanmaak modules in LMS-systeem, digitalisering van opleidingen, ;
- Op enthousiaste en innovatieve wijze **trainingen en / of refresh cursussen geven** aan de medewerkers zodat ze over de nodige tools & kennis beschikken die nodig zijn voor hun functie;
- **Coördineren en organiseren** van opleidingen en de opvolging voorzien (planning, analyse van evaluaties, leerdoelen opstellen & opvolgen, );
- Samen met je collega kwaliteitscoach, biedt je je collega’s eerste lijn support en coach je ze in het correct toepassen van nieuwe procedures
- Je kennis up-to-date houden omtrent **"Learning & Development"** & "**Knowledge Management**" en innovatieve ideeën voorstellen die een positieve invloed hebben op het leren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.

We zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die:

- Sterk ontwikkelde **communicatieve vaardigheden** heeft en erin slaagt zijn kennis op een enthousiaste manier over te dragen en aangepast aan de diversiteit van zijn publiek;
- Verschillende technieken & methodes beheerst omtrent training, training tools, knowledge management, ;
- **Informatie & kennis** op een gestructureerde en doordachte wijze kan **documenteren & structureren**, met bijgevolg een positieve impact op de competenties van onze medewerkers;
- In staat is om opleidingen in beide landstalen te geven (NL/FR);
- Op een **motiverende & coachende** manier **feedback** kan geven, zowel individueel als in groep;
- Kan **omgaan met weerstand** en zich weet te verplaatsen in de praktijk van de medewerkers;
- Over uitstekende **didactische vaardigheden** beschikt en creativiteit aan de dag legt in het onderzoeken en implementeren van nieuwe methodologieën in « **Learning & Development** » en « **Knowledge Base Management** »;
- Efficiënt, gestructureerd en georganiseerd werkt, snel kan bijsturen als de situatie dit vereist en prioriteiten kan stellen;
- Zich als **Change Facilitator** positioneert, medewerkers ondersteunt bij de toekomstige uitdagingen van de organisatie en **kritisch de werking** van de opleidingen en diensten onderzoekt (procedures, te ontwikkelen vaardigheden, etc.);
