**Functieomschrijving**

Voor ons kantoor te Melle of Londerzeel zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste support agent voor de organisatie van onze groeps-en incentivesreizen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en organisatorische taken die gepaard gaan met de verkoop van incentivereizen:

- Het opmaken van reisoffertes voor incentivegroepen
- Het inboeken en beheren van deze reizen bij onze lokale partners
- Het opmaken van reisinformatie
- en documenten
- Opvolgen van reisbevestigingen en facturen
- Programmering van producttemplates, productprijzen, voucherinfo,in onze tools.
- Opmaak van reisinformatie, programma’s en draaiboeken.

Tijdens dit proces volg je zelf alle communicatie en afspraken op met onze klanten en leveranciers.
- Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de administratie en organisatie van andere externe groepsreizen, die we organiseren in samenwerking met B2B klanten:

- Ook hier ondersteun je bij de programmatie van de reizen (prijzen, reisinformatie, vouchers, reisdocumenten,).
- Daarnaast volg je inschrijvingen, namenlijsten, deadlines,in detail op.

**Vereisten**:
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een **passie **voor onze authentieke natuurreizen en sterke interesse in Scandinavië. Reiservaring is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
- Je bent een organisatorisch talent: je werkt **nauwkeurig **en met verantwoordelijkheidszin. **Je haalt plezier uit het grondig afwerken van administratieve** taken voor het team.
- Je bent **kritisch**, **proactief en oplossingsgericht**. Je ziet snel wat er moet gebeuren, waar er fouten of mogelijke struikelblokken zijn. Je werkt zeer **gestructureerd **en** neemt initiatief.**
- Je bent **klantvriendelijk** en **communiceert** op een professionele manier.
- ** Collegialiteit **en **teamwork** is voor jou een must. Je bent gedreven om bij te dragen aan de groei van het team en bedrijf. Je communiceert verbindend, open en assertief naar je teamleden.
- Je hebt een **bachelor niveau **of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands (in kader van klantencontact) en professioneel Engels (onze bedrijfstaal).
- Je bent **flexibel** en positief ingesteld.
- Achtergrond in de toeristische sector of in customer service is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste.

We werken met een contract van 38u/week (gemiddeld), maar deeltijds werk is absoluut bespreekbaar.

- 20 dagen verlof per jaar met mogelijkheid tot extra verlof op basis van gepresteerde overuren.
