**Description du poste**:
En tant que Business Development Manager PME chez Acerta, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la construction de relations professionnelles durables et rentables avec des prospects et des partenaires dans la région Hainaut. Votre mission consiste à renforcer la position du groupe Acerta en proposant une offre complète de produits et services RH, tout en propulsant Acerta comme le partenaire privilégié dans le domaine.

Notre futur Business Development Manager aura comme responsabilités principales:

- **Construction de réseau** : Développer un réseau professionnel solide en prospectant activement des employeurs potentiels par téléphone et en participant à des événements de réseautage
- **Développement de plans de prospection** : Élaborer des plans de prospection ciblés en fonction du segment de marché qui vous sera attribué et de la région pour générer de nouvelles opportunités de business
- **Visites de prospects**: Effectuer des visites chez les prospects pour identifier leurs besoins dans divers domaines tels que le secrétariat social, la caisse des indépendants, la consultance, etc.
- **Rédaction d'offres** : En collaboration avec le back-office, rédiger les offres en veillant à la satisfaction des clients.

**Exigences du poste**:
Notre futur **Business Development Manager** présente les compétences suivantes: 
- **Compétences commerciales** : Excellentes compétences commerciales avec un vif intérêt pour les RH, la législation sociale et l'administration salariale
- **Expérience professionnelle**: Création/Développement de relations commerciales, de préférence dans un environnement business-to-business
- **Networking et négociation** : Compétences avérées en networking, négociation et techniques de présentation
- **Connaissance du marché**: Connaissance du secteur économique Wallon (Hainaut de préférence)
- **Orientation résultats** : Orienté(e) résultats, créatif(ve) avec une approche axée sur la recherche de solutions optimales
- **Langues** : Excellente Maîtrise du français (langue maternelle)
