Today, we’re one of the fastest growing DTC brands in hearables. And we keep on growing. Exploding even. But we’re ambitious. We want to get our name and earplugs out there, changing even more lives.
Doesn't it sound like a lovable brand? Keep that in mind as your role as our Customer Loyalty Manager is to nurture our customer's loyalty.
**To achieve this goal, your responsibilities are to**:
- Build and drive the implementation of an overarching Loop Community with all its different pillars, mainly focused on increasing retention and referral rates
- Pillars include loyalty, referrals, influencers, ambassadors, Loopers, CRM
- Align with internal stakeholders to define needs
- Search for, select and integrate external partners and manage long-term relationships
- Closely work together with all external partners to define strategies and roll-out new features and functionality
- Direct and oversee creative content for all different pillars
- Track and report against performance and constantly seek for improvements
- Build your team
- Working closely together with the CRM and MA team, differentiate the strategy for all different community pillars based on location and customer segmentation in order to maximize customer lifetime value
- Working closely together with the CX team to enhance the customer journey and increase satisfaction on all touchpoints
- Explore new innovative opportunities to develop loyalty and retention strategy
**Requirements**:
- Project management and managing various stakeholders come naturally to you
- Experience with setting up and managing loyalty programs with a focus on driving retention and referral rates
- You’re an ambitious high-potential that has no problem taking ownership with a “no task too small” mentality and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven marketer who understands and has worked in a DTC digital marketing environment - an entrepreneurial mindset will come in handy, but that’s true for all things in life
- Detail-oriented and organized thinker, who is excited to build and develop structure around something new.
- Ambitious manager passionate about growing teams and working with people
- The ability to glean clear, salient ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand
- A highly organized "doer" with an exceptional ability to multitask, who will take initiative and execute.
