Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:

- Key contact for brokers, understanding their strategies & requirements and aligning their expectations with the strategy of QBE.
- Develop and implement broker distribution plans that are in line with wider QBE strategy and reflect global and local agreements
- Responsible for ensuring Broker activity is managed in line with QBE strategy and to support delivery of business targets.
- Lead broker initiatives and liaise with Regional / General managers & product leaders to ensure local broker activity is managed in line with strategy
- Contribution of Salesforce to drive engagement and Sales
- Acting as a whole account view champion across the Division working closely with the Client Solutions Architects
- Participate at internal strategic & distribution meetings, broker workshops and representing QBE at external broker meetings
- Engagement with key stakeholders across the business including product, claims, operations and finance in order to maintain a cohesive approach to brokers
- Actively seek, manage and act on client and broker feedback
- Develop the Broker Network in line with plan, ensuring retention and acquisition of desired business

- Excellent leadership and influencing abilities
- Ability to inspire others and build an effective team.
- Experience of the following: | Broker relationships | Design and delivery of strategic plans | Monitor performance and correct deviations by proposing the appropriate action plans | Deep knowledge of the insurance market and products
- English skills
- Salesforce knowledge

It would be advantageous to have the following skills:

- Solid knowledge of insurance industry and regulatory environment
- Knowledge of statutory/ regulatory regime
- Knowledge of business processes & strategic planning
- Broad and deep knowledge of broker market and drivers
