What is your impact as a people lead at NN?
A passionate example and inspiration. Your way of leading works together enthusiastically and effectively. You coach, motivate, develop employees on a personal and business level and ensure an undisputed result together with the squad. Together with your colleagues Domain Leads you are responsible for the daily management of a team of 30 professionals. If People lead motivates, supports and coaches the employees within their guild (a guild is composed on the basis of IT skill ex. Java). You actively work on knowledge sharing, competences, training, development,.
What does your job as People Lead look like?
- You conduct periodic performance and evaluation interviews with the employees of your guilds
- In your daily work, you will work with the domain leads and your guilds to achieve the set goals. You will support and coach them.
- In consultation with the domains leads, you follow the staffing for your guilds. On the one hand, permanent recruitments on the other hand fill in the position with external employees. For this we work together with partners and suppliers.
- Be jointly responsible for drawing up and following up the growth trajectory of the internal employee
- The quality is central to daily trading. This by consciously working on ‘ change management ’ and ‘ continuous improvement ’ together with the employee.
- You have affinity and knowledge of an IT environment

- You have a Master or Master diploma after-master or equivalent work and thinking level through experience.

- You feel good in an open and transparency communication - culture. You also stimulate a feedback culture in the team.
- You are interested in Lean management, a strong preference for quality as well as quality improvement, process improvements, compliance,.
- You are service-oriented, efficient with an eye for innovation, proactive and very organized with a good knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of the insurance world is a plus.
- You are three, in the three languages the minimum is a good level in understanding and speaking
