We are currently looking for a **Area Individual Reservations Agent** to join our dynamic team here at **Service & Support Centre.**

**Do**
- **Check **availability of accommodation on the customer’s desired dates
- **Make** reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgets
- **Answer **any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- **Process** payments and sending confirmation details
- **Solve **any issues that may arise with bookings of reservations
- **Up-sell** by informing of additional services or packages
- **Provide** support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
- **Advise** customers about local attractions and places of interest
