Eauzon geeft veel om onze toekomst en wil daarom zelf gaan inzetten op lokale productie van duurzame oplossingen (circulaire materialen). Om de lokale productie uit te bouwen en aan te sturen is Eauzon daarom op zoek naar een ervaren productiemanager. Daarbij wil Eauzon in de toekomst nog veel breder gaan dan enkel het design en de productie van prefab badkamermodules.
Voor onze vestiging in Oostende zijn we op zoek naar een voltijds
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als productiemanager ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke voor de uitbouw en aansturing van de eigen productie van (in eerste instantie) duurzame prefab badkamermodules en circulaire panelen.
- Je detecteert nieuwe partijen voor de productie en je voert de communicatie met de diverse partijen die bij het productieproces betrokken zijn
- Je onderhandelt hiervoor met verschillende mogelijke partijen en beheert de overeenkomsten en afspraken
- Je maakt zelf analyses naar de circulariteit van de materialen en je screent proactief naar verbeteringen om de milieu-impact nog meer te beperken
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verkrijgen en opvolgen van de nodige certificaten van de materialen (dit kan verschillend zijn van land tot land)
- Je vertaalt de verkoopplanning naar een productieplanning rekening houdend met de voorraden van de materialen, de arbeidsplanning en capaciteitsplanning waarvoor je heldere afspraken maakt met de partners en met focus op het verzekeren van de leverzekerheid tov de sales forecast (rekening houdend met de verzendingstijden).
- Je werkt in teamverband en doet voorstellen naar verbeteringen om het proces van verkoop tot oplevering en naservice optimaal te laten verkopen
- Je ondersteunt bij de opmaak van de offertes voor klanten de commerciële inspanningen naar potentiële klanten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de budgettaire opvolging van de productie, je stelt de KPI’s op en je zorgt voor continuous improvements, alsook voor nodige investeringen die het rendement en de kwaliteit van de productie verhogen en de kosten reduceren (steeds met het aspect van de milieu-impact als prioriteit). Je maakt daarbij heldere analyses in welke mate het mogelijk is om voor bepaalde zaken eigen productie te realiseren in plaats van via derde partijen
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie
**Profiel**:
Je beschikt over een master diploma in een bouwkundige richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring), met min. 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent sociaal, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk. Je maakt heldere afspraken, een coachende rol is je op het lijf geschreven en je bent een teamplayer
- Je kan collega’s en partners stimuleren en motiveren om samen de vooropgestelde doelen te bereiken
- Je bent begaan met de toekomst van onze wereld en denkt proactief na over het beperken van de ecologische voetafdruk; ervaring met ecodesign is een pluspunt.
- Je kan vlot overweg met de Office programma's
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
