**Customer support officer in een internationaal organisatieadviesbureau**
**Jouw rol**:
- Als customer support officer ondersteun je zowel de Belgische als internationale partners en consultants (+- 20) in een diversiteit aan activiteiten, zowel in de verkoop als de uitvoering van opdrachten (zoals bijv. in executive search, assessment en development, coaching, 360°-evaluaties van management en directie, organisatiedesign en cultuuronderzoek...).
- Dit omvat o.m. het organiseren van afspraken voor collega’s, plannen van vergaderingen en evenementen voor het team, opmaken en beheren van rapporten en presentaties, en het meewerken op marketing
- en communicatie-gerelateerde activiteiten.
- Internationaal beheer je de agenda's en de reisplannen van het team, coördineer je de vertalingen en communicaties in zowel het Nederlands, Frans als Engels, en draag je bij aan de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de werking.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Belangrijker dan je diploma (bijvoorbeeld in marketing of communicatiewetenschappen) is je ervaring in office management of business support. Je voelt evenwel dat je toe bent aan een volgende stap en verder persoonlijk wil groeien.
- Je houdt ervan om een sleutelrol te spelen en om organisatiebreed betrokken te zijn bij wat er leeft in een organisatie, en krijgt energie van het ondersteunen van klanten en collega’s in het leveren van diensten van hoogwaardige kwaliteit.
- Je hebt een hoge werkethiek en waardeert professionaliteit. Je hebt oog voor detail en blinkt uit in planning en organisatie. Je bent vlot drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels, en woont idealiter in de driehoek Gent-Brussel-Antwerpen.
