**Beschrijving**:
Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde bouwgroep gespecialiseerd in duurzame houtskeletbouw in de B2B markt, ben ik op zoek naar een Strategic Business Development Manager.
Als Strategic Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en het in kaart brengen van de markt om vervolgens een duidelijke visie en marketing strategie op te stellen. Hierbij ga je de focus leggen op B2B klanten (architecten, aannemers, projectontwikkelaars,) binnen Benelux en Duitsland.
Vervolgens sta je ook in voor het actief prospecteren en opbouwen van langdurige samenwerkingen en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledig verkoopproces. In samenwerking met het interne team van bouwkundig ingenieurs, calculators en tekenaars pas je de gestandaardiseerde producten aan op maat van de eindklant.
Binnen deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan het Management en werk je nauw samen met je collega Account Manager.
**Profiel**:
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels (Duits en Frans is een plus)
- Je hebt reeds ervaring in Business Development en het uitwerken van een verkoopstrategie
- Je woont in de buurt van Hasselt (of bent bereid geregeld naar kantoor te gaan)
- Je beschikt over een bachelor of master diploma in een bouwkundige richting (of gelijk door ervaring)
