For a great client of ours in the utility sector we are looking for a Service Desk Agent - 1st line.

Job

You ensure maximum user satisfaction, working closely with your colleagues.
You install the hardwarde for new users and ensure proper follow-up.
Finally, you will be deployed to support ongoing projects.

Profile

At least a certification in IT
You are familiar with Windows and Office365
Knowledge of SharePoint and Jira ticketing system would be considered a plus, together with a first experience in 1st line (no must).
Customer orientation, stress-resistance and patience are necessary.
You are fluent in English
