Voor de Veiligheid van de Staat zijn wij op zoek naar een Service Desk Agent
**Taakomschrijving**
Uw waaier van taken omvat:
- Het aannemen, registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van Incidenten (vragen en verzoeken)
- Het afhandelen van incidenten
- Het overdragen van Incidenten aan een interne of externe helpdesk of aan een andere verantwoordelijke afdeling.
- Het procesmatig werken aan de hand van beschreven kaders en standaardbeschrijvingen (ITIL,
- Service Level Agreement, SLA).
- Het voorstellen en doorvoeren van proces
- en systeemverbeteringen voorstellen
- Het samenwerken met een team van servicedesk-medewerkers en systeem
- en
- netwerkbeheerders.
- Het bieden van ondersteuning bij en deelnemen aan ICT-projecten.
- Het beheren en onderhouden van informatiesystemen.
- De beveiliging van kleine tot middelgrote netwerken.
- Het opstellen en uitvoeren van testprocedures
- Het is ook een fysieke job door de installatie van pc’s.
Profielomschrijving
- Je bent een goede kennis van Netwerk, Windows systems, Active Directory, Office 365 en je hebt goede kennis van de componenten van een computer.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels
- Je hebt goede Interpersoonlijke
- en communicatievaardigheden:
- Je hebt een correcte afhandeling van een gesprek met een moeilijke klant
- Je kan kritisch denken
- Je kan de juiste beslissingen nemen en onder druk en problemen oplossen.
- Je bent in staat het probleem te bekijken vanuit verschillende perspectieven, vragen stellen en feiten evalueren om de juiste oplossing te vinden.
- Je kan in teamverband werken
- Jij kan goed kunnen luisteren, informatie delen, helpen en toewijding en betrouwbaarheid tonen.
- Als skilled servicedesk-medewerker, ben jij in staat problemen te kunnen visualiseren, relevante informatie over de situatie verzamelen en complexe problemen analyseren en oplossen.
- Je hebt de Belgische nationaliteit
- Als u gekozen wordt moet u een veiligheidsmachtiging krijgen
Elk personeelslid van de Veiligheid van de Staat die betrokken is in de ontwikkeling van de nieuwe digitale omgeving dient houder te zijn van een veiligheidsmachtiging van het niveau “Zeer Geheim”, (Wet van 11.12.1998 betreffende de classificatie en de veiligheidsmachtigingen, veiligheidsattesten en veiligheidsadviezen). Een veiligheidsmachtiging wordt toegekend aan personen die om beroepsredenen toegang moeten krijgen tot geclassificeerde informatie, of informatie waarvan het oneigenlijk gebruik schade kan berokkenen aan een wezenlijk belang van België.
