**Functional Service Desk Agent**:
Our client is the official distributor of the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Cupra, Škoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Rimac and Porsche brands, as well as spare parts and accessories. We have approximately 1.2 million vehicles of the VW Group brands on the road, which represents a market share of almost 24%. Our client manages a strong network of independent dealerships throughout the country and directly operates dealerships on the Brussels-Malines-Antwerp axis.
To complete its offer, the company sells used vehicles (My Way and Audi Approved+) and provides maintenance, financing and leasing services through VDFin, a joint subsidiary with Volkswagen Financial Services. The company's mission is to create seamless and sustainable mobility for all.

As a IT Functional Service Desk Agent you will:

- The current functional team, which provides remote support, consists of 7 persons. This team is divided in sub teams per specific category (Sales, After-Sales,.).
- As such we are looking for a person with basic knowledge of IT with prior Helpdesk experience.

Main tasks:

- Provide support on W10/11
- Provide support on Office software (O365)
- Handling & follow up of IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or our ticketingtool. Escalating to other teams and partners if needed.
- Creating, reviewing and keeping documentation up to date, creating (draft) communications towards our customers.

Function requirements:

- IT All rounder
- Good technical background & analytical skills are required.
- Knowledge of Windows 10.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French is required. Good knowledge of English is a plus.
- The ability to find the cause of problems in a complex environment and quickly offer effective solutions or workarounds while escalating the issue with a clear description/analysis to the other teams/partners.
- First experience in a similar position is a plus.

**Location**:

- Homeworking is possible
- Mo - Fri : 08:00 - 18:00 (in shifts from e.g. 08h-17h, 09h-18h)
- There is a saturday-shift every 5/6 weeks.
- When scheduled on saturday, you can work from home and you are not scheduled on friday

Languages:

- Dutch Level Full professional proficiency
- English Level Nice to have
- French Level Full professional proficiency
