What will you be doing?:

- Manage the general mailbox (requests for appraisals and others);
- Schedule appointments with clients (in the experts' agenda);
- Create new files (server + folder);
- Schedule experts' agenda correctly;
- Follow-up on document submission - send reminders to clients if necessary;
- Prepare quotations for appraisals;
- Schedule meetings or lunches with clients;
- File documents;
- Follow-up on payments (check BDO invoicing) and update payment overview;
- Prepare appraisal reports (add information to reports: photos, maps, etc.).

What do you bring to the table?:

- Preferably trilingual (Dutch, French and English);
- Excellent planning skills
- Highly structured person
- Someone who thinks ahead (takes initiative);
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Proactive attitude and ability to handle stress;
- Solution-oriented thinking;
- Accuracy and organizational skills;
