The Strategy, Transformation & Planning team of Consumer Sales is looking for a new, enthusiastic, and spontaneous person to complete our team.

You will be translating the overall **Proximus group Bold 2025 strategy into a consumer sales strategy** and implement concrete actions to create extra value in the sales channels. The team is not only in the **driving seat of transformation** towards a seamless experience for our customers and our sales agents, but also contributes to **reaching the overall sales ambitions.** **Here, the future of the Proximus sales channels is defined, which is key to build valuable customer relationships.**

**What will you be doing?**
- You will define **new concepts and ideas to support the strategy & transformation **and will identify new **opportunities** to increase efficiency of our sales channels. Concretely you will be working on the following projects:

- You will play a key role in the **future of our retail experience **of our physical stores by launching pilots with innovative concepts and analysing the results. Topics such as **waiting experience, self-service in shop, sustainability, and shop atmosphere** will need your special attention.
- You will be responsible for the **waste call deflation plan **of our external contact centres and will follow up on some key projects that contribute to the ambition. You will present the progress of the plan to relevant stakeholders and higher management on a regular basis.
- You will be the single point of contact for consumer sales in the overall **sustainability** **& digital inclusion** core teams. You will take actively part in the creation of the sustainability initiatives, and you make the bridge with sales specific tracks and the overall the roadmap for the environment, such as recycling, repair flows, education etc. - you are in the driving seat
- You will continue **defining and transforming how the role of our sales agents **will evolve. In which Face-to-Face customer contact can be combined with relevant lead treatment in a proactive and reactive way. You will decide which tools, processes and enablers are key and work them out with the relevant teams.
- You will set up the **sales**channel strategy for new product portfolios** in close collaboration with the agile teams of the segment and product tribes.
- You will work in close collaboration with the **developing tribes **like **Omni-sales, Omni-care, Eco-system tribe & with the Residential and SME tribes**.
- You will be **closely involved with the operational sales teams **within our sales channels to identify their needs and incorporate them in the strategical files.
- You are **aware and proactively looking for new relevant customer and market trends **to generate new **disruptive concepts** and ideas for the development of our omnichannel strategy. Boosting the **digitalization** of our traditional channels, supporting the **E2E journeys** across all sales channels, and leveraging the **human** You keep an eye on relevant sources of information such as literature, newsletters, and benchmarking with other relevant players in the market.

**Who are your most important work relations?**
- Internal stakeholders: Senior managers, exco members, agile leads, Group Strategy members, Marketing, Finance, IT & digital governanceand of course our sales employees on the field
- Most relevant external stakeholders: Management consultants (McKinsey, BSG ), colleagues in telco or other relevant industries, our residential & small enterprise customers.

Your Profile
- You are fluent in **Dutch and French, combined with English.**:

- You have **relevant experience in a strategical and/or consultative role**.
- Communicating effectively verbally and written.
- You have a decent knowledge about retail, marketing, and sales in an **omnichannel environment.**:
