Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. **The Position**
Are you proud of your people skills? Your organisational acumen? Passionate about hospitality at the highest luxury hotel level and committed to matching that with the highest level of service? Then we’d love to invite you to join us as a Guest Relations Executive at Rocco Forte Hotels.
You will work alongside the Front Office Manager to cater to the needs and meet the high standards of all our discerning guests. In doing so, you will demonstrate exceptional initiative and flexibility, establishing an excellent rapport with all regular guests and recognising and responding to the particular expectations of VIPs.
Your ability to provide the warmest and friendliest of welcomes and your knack for problem-solving with discretion and good humour will be among the most important attributes you bring to the role. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us.
Ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
