Mission
The Account Manager takes an active part in defining the commercial policy and is responsible for developing the existing client portfolio and identifying new market opportunities in the region East & West Flanders. The position is home based.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the commercial relationships and interactions with existing and prospective b-2-b customers
- Promote the products and solutions to a wide array of customers and prescribers : architects,design offices, wholesalers, building contractors, installers
- Follow-up on the projects from design to delivery
- Deliver the annual sales budget
- Liaise closely with the HQ based in France (production, technical service, marketing...)
- Participate in trade fairs & events.
Profiel
Experience and profile
- Academic education in a business or technical field or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years experience in a b-2-b sales role, preferably related to the building sector
- Fluent in Dutch and knowledge of French, English is a plus.
- Commercial acumen, energy and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self directed, autonomous and reliable.

- Het plan voor klantenwerving ontwerpen en de klantbezoeken plannen
- De klantenwerving administratief opvolgen en het team informeren
- De gegevens over de activiteiten van de dienst of de organisatie opvolgen en analyseren
Een vooruitgangstraject voorstellen
- Producten presenteren of demonstreren bij de klant en advies geven
