**Your mission**:
As our Program Manager, you will be key in helping us to provide technical knowledge to our Success team and by extension, to our customers. As the Program Manager, you will be working closely with our Customer Success Managers to provide them with technical advice and support. You will also help our customers understand security vulnerabilities that are submitted to their program on our platform, as well as give more generic web-related technical advice about the setup of their program. Program Managers at Intigriti must have a strong understanding of common web security concepts and vulnerabilities, and the ability to communicate those in various levels of difficulty. At Intigriti, our focus is on group effort rather than individual results. Our team always appreciates a healthy opinion on technology and the way of working. New options for continuous improvement are welcomed and embraced.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the technical correctness of programs that launch on our platform
- Proactively identify and solve issues, as well as accept and quickly respond to delegated work
- Assess the severity of reported issues in relation to how they can disrupt business, including the financial and managerial implications
- Familiarity with and ability to calculate CVSS ratings
- Provide remediation advice and help customers make the most value out of received reports
**Skills we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and 3y of experience
- Alternatively, you should have 2+ years of experience as a security engineer/security specialist.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Support our CSMs and our customers using your entire security skillset
- Native in Dutch & fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Stress resistant & you can keep a clear focus on the resolution of an incident-context
- You have a passion for awesome customer experience and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
- A strong understanding of the (Ethical) Hacker culture
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to independently find solutions to both technical and non-technical problems with no apparent answer (aggressive googling, stack overflow, etc).
- Flexible working hours, willing to take part in a 24x7 support organization
- Positive service-oriented personality
- You are organized, an entrepreneur, a great listener, an effective communicator and possess the technical and domain skills to be consultative ad credible in your approach.
- You are a technically proficient yet effective communicator over the phone, in person, and when delivering demos/presentations.
- Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential

- CEH, CPT, CEPT, CPEN, OSWE, EWPT or EWPTX certificates are a plus
