Customer Success Team Lead

**Your mission**:
As the Customer Success Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and satisfaction of our valued customers and be responsible for leading/growing/coaching a team of 5+ Customer Success Managers ensuring they deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Your expertise in customer success, leadership, and relationship management will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, renewals and expansions.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Lead and mentor the team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds customer success objectives.
- Oversee the entire customer success cycle, from onboarding through renewals and upsells, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer success team, providing regular reports and insights to drive performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with CSM’s, serving as a strategic partner in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and success planning meetings to help them achieve their goals and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the main point of contact and liaison between CSM and internal teams, including the researcher community manager, sales, and product teams, to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues.
- Implement process improvements and scalable programs, such as customer health monitoring, onboarding initiatives, new feature adoption strategies, and QBR frameworks, to drive customer success objectives.
- Work Closely with Customer Success Operations & RevOps to identify areas of improvement and implement effective changes to retain and grow our Customer Base
- Work closely with Enablement Teams to implement Enablement Initiatives
**What you’ll bring**:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in B2B enterprise or SaaS software customer success, consulting, or related roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English. Proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
- Strong technology acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technical details.
- Previous experience working with sales, partners, and/or customers in roles such as sales engineering, project management, customer success, or professional services.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand customer requirements and provide consultative guidance.
- Proficiency in delivering demos and presentations, both over the phone and in person, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
