ENSIE, the European Network of Social Integration Enterprises, unites national and regional networks of Work Integration Social Enterprises throughout Europe. Its mission is to defend the interests of its members at the European level, to organise exchanges between them and to cooperate closely with other social economy actors in order to ensure inclusive and integrated forms of employment all over Europe. Currently the team is composed of four people: a Director, a policy officer, a project officer and a communication officer. We are looking for a **secretary/administrative assistant **who can support the team in its daily activities**.**
**Your mission**
Under the guidance and with the support of the Director:
- Administrative sorting related to the accountancy: registration of the invoices, petty cash, bookkeeping and preparation of payments. In the long term you will be the contact person for the bank, the accountant and the auditor.
- Manage the administration of the staff with the social secretariat (contracts, monthly sorting related to the payment of salaries and lunch passes).
- Manage and be the contact person for the insurance company of the Network.
- Manage the Networks furniture as well as working tools (mobile phones and computers) and being the contact person with relevant service and insurance providers.
- Following and sorting the regular post/courier/mails of the network.
- Following the signatures and file official documents and contracts.
- Being the contact person for the public Belgian authorities.
- Preparation and organisation of the ENSIE institutional meetings (booking of meeting rooms, travels, hotels, catering, interpretation etc).
- Support the members of the team in the administration of the projects.
- Support the director in communication exchanges with members.
- Follow the external evaluation process of the network. In the long term you will be the contact person for the external evaluator.
**Your profile**
You have at least a High Secondary Education Certificate proper to the profile (experience in accounting or business administration will be considered as an asset).
You are fluent in English and in French (spoken and written). You are a motivated person, enthusiastic to work in a small team, in a multicultural and international environment. You are able to work with precision and attention to detail. You work accurately, efficiently and autonomously, even under pressure.
A good knowledge of the social and solidarity economy and social entrepreneurship would be appreciated.
**Job description**
- Contract : full-time - one year fixed-term contract which could be extended to a permanent contract.
- Starting date: as soon as possible
- Workplace: Brussels (principal place), homeworking depending on the sanitary situation. You might be required to travel across Europe occasionally.
- Gross Monthly salary between 1 900 and 2 100€/month
- Advantages : reimbursement of travel expenses (public transport) and meal vouchers of 7€/day
