**Organization**

Notre client a démarré une nouvelle Business Unit avec des produits dans le domaine de la chirurgie colorectale, bariatrique et thoracique au Benelux.

**Function**

Vous adorez donner vos conseils de #professionnel aux chirurgiens et à leur équipe de chirurgie en région wallonne.

Vous êtes un talent de #communication. Vous travaillez de manière #indépendante et vous tirez votre énergie du contact #client et de l’atteinte de l’objectif #commercial.

Vous construisez une relation de confiance grâce à vos connaissances technico-médicales et à vos fortes capacités de communication. De manière professionnelle, vous leur présentez notre gamme de produits innovants et nouveaux et vous les conseillez sur leur utilisation.
- Vous identifiez et contactez des prospects et élargissez ainsi davantage votre portefeuille de clients.
- Vous entretenez des contacts périodiques avec vos clients et êtes responsable d’un suivi qualitatif des relations commerciales.
- Vous négociez les conditions et concluez les accords.
- Vous assistez le chirurgien au bloc opératoire.

**Requirements**:

- Vous êtes de préférence titulaire d’un master dans une direction (para)médicale, ou équivalent par expérience
- Vous êtes pratique, dynamique, flexible et vous savez gagner la confiance de vos clients par votre enthousiasme.
- Un client satisfait fait votre journée. La satisfaction du client est donc votre priorité absolue.
- Vous pouvez afficher la dose nécessaire d’assurance et vous êtes un bon communicateur.
- Vous travaillez selon un plan et vous avez de solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Une bonne dose de stress vous permet de rester alerte.
- Vous avez un sens aigu des responsabilités.
- Vous voulez avant tout vendre nos produits avec fierté.
- L’anglais est indispensable en tant que deuxième langue, le bilinguisme néerlandais/français est un avantage.
