The Expansion function is here to support in adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
**Job Description**:
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Sales Market Controller you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the local Expansion team and work closely with the Expansion Manager to set the controlling strategy for the Sales market.
Key responsibilities including areas such as:
- You set and implement controlling routines, strategies and goals for all expansion functions in the sales market.
- You perform trend analysis and prognosis for the sales market.
- You are responsible for the financial reporting within expansion in the sales market.
- You are driving risk management in the sales market.
- You work with all brands and you support the collaboration in your local Expansion function.

**Qualifications**
We see that you have a structured way of working and that you are good at conceptualizing ideas and defining conclusions with supporting arguments. You are self-driven, enjoy teamwork and can collaborate effectively with a group of diverse people in order to achieve set goals and targets. You have a strong business mindset, communicate well and you are comfortable in making decisions. Your competences such as self-reflection and empathy will contribute to be successful in this role.
Besides your personality we see that you have:
- Several years of relevant experience from working within controlling, preferably within the retail sector.
- Experience from preparing and presenting financial reporting to Senior Management and other stakeholders.
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration or engineering.
- Knowledge about common accounting principles.
- Advanced level in Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
- The ability to communicate in English. French or Dutch are a plus.
